Funny, that's not how I feel about it at all. I must be one of the ones who will be censored by LP because I do not follow their groupthink.
I do not think FR is evil. I rather still enjoy it. We *have* endured a schism, that schism being people who are Good Little Republicans versus those who hold very fast to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This schism was obscured by our common hatred of the vile Messr. Clinton and cronies. Now, the schism is showing. Do I -- do we -- think you are evil? Of course not. No more than you think we are.
There is a marked increase in pruning messages besides those that tend to agree with current administration initiatives. That is cause for concern. But personally, I cannot recall the last time I've had a post pulled. I think the censorship is less distressing than the increase in mob-attacks and personal vitriol to people who may not share your point of view.
Is JimRob an a&&hole? Of course not. Stubborn, muleheaded -- sure. He'll actually tell ya that. And perhaps -- I think -- he ideologically mistaken at this time, but a difference in opinion does not an a&&hole make. He's just trying to do what he thinks is best for Murrica. I disagree with what he thinks is best for Murrica. Doesn't make either him, or I, a Bad Guy.
