While President Bush did not say this in Ivan's words, there is no doubt with most Americans that President Bush has served notice on the Cowards running the UN.
They can be with us to stay relevant, or they will become irrelevant and slide into history's trash bin with other irrelevant losers in history.
I'm sure that everyone in that room remembers what happened when the "irrelevant" word was applied to Arafat ;o)
