Just got here.
Kofi's talking about "Palestine". Barstid.

Posting this to both threads.
OK, I have a bit of a problem.
This thread went up first, but it only has three replies.
This thread went up second, but has scores of replies.
Generally we pull the second duplicate thread, but in this case there are so many comments on it as compared to the original that I am not sure that is the wise thing to do.
What say you, Freepers?

IMO, Kofi is terrified of President Bush. That's why he decided to give his speech BEFORE the President. It's an upstaging in the style of bill clinton. Oh, God - he wants to keep talking to Saddam....I say, enough talk. Walk the walk.

I say we empty out the U.N. building and let the people displaced from the WTC have it. They can have Iraq.
What? Kofi is BEGGING "all who have influence" to get Iraq to behave?

I wish C-Span had put a "Barf Alert" on their link while Koffi is speaking.

Is it me or does this guy just come off as not too bright?
Israel bashing up now. "Must relieve Palestinian suffering..." Now babbling about Iraq and their compliance with arms inspections to continue?
This dope is dellusional.

Okay, Number 2 is Iraqi defiance of UN resolutions. Kofi's pledging to escalate the demands to the next level: "pretty please!"
To: r9etb
Here's hoping our guy gives a speech as clear and direct as the one he gave last night.Yep, "Kofi, you are the weakest link, buh-bye!"

Bill Clinton was a MONUMENTAL BORE. Boring, yes. Criminal, yes. Overrated intellect, maybe. Dangerous? Undoubtedly! He and Hillary still represent the greatest threat to our country since its founding!!

Don't you love how Coffee is telling Bush which priorities are important, and how he should be doing his job, yet the U.N. hasn't been doing theirs for the past 10+ years.
