The website is jihad.net. If it really is jihad.net, I'd say it's a bogus report. The whois entry for jihad.net shows:
domain: JIHAD.NET
owner-address: Jihad to Destroy Barney
owner-address: Professor Huijbersstraat 145-7
owner-address: 6524 NX
owner-address: Nijmegen, Gelderland
owner-address: Netherlands

I've actually heard of a "jihad.net" or a "jihad.com" before that is a reputed AQ site. And did Pokey 78 not say that this site originated in the Sudan?
Any illumination on this score?
BTW, I think he's as dead as a doornail.

While that WHOIS definitely is fishy, do you expect them to say Owner: OSAMA AND FRIENDS! DEATH TO AMERICA!?????????????

from Jihad.net:
If you read the page below, which has been up since shortly after last year's tragedy, you'll see that this site quite obviously does not belong to any anti-American group. (The site's name is very unfortunate nowadays, but it's existed for, as far as we know, longer than the current malicious groups!) If the Secret Service contacts us, we'll be more than happy to work with them, and provide them with access to our site logs. The rest of the site is currently down due to the excessive traffic. As for hacking attempts, or threats of same...two wrongs don't make a right. Thanks for your understanding! - J.R., system admin
