I recognize that this was probably staged And in other news, Clinton might not have been telling the truth when he denied having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky.

He's not talking about some women WRESTLERS like Chyna being beat up, he is talking about two teeny-tiny white girls who PUT TOGETHER might possibly weigh 200 lbs.
The two women who participated in the segment are trained professional wrestlers who work for a smaller organization. Although they are trained to take those falls, one reportedly sustained rib injuries.
Incidentally, FReepers are not the target market for the WWE, and I am sure that this was considered a great episode for their "constituency".

LOL! by the way, how come they don't do the pile driver anymore, too dangerous?

I saw this too, and I can't adequately express my disgust in written language. There is NO EXCUSE for showing that kind of crap on television. He's not talking about some women WRESTLERS like Chyna being beat up, he is talking about two teeny-tiny white girls who PUT TOGETHER might possibly weigh 200 lbs. It was sickening, disturbing, and altogether reprehensible. Everyone associated with the decision to air such as "entertainment" should be fired and then get their f**king ass kicked.Ummmmmm.....Just so you know, those two "teeny-tiny" white girls are wrestlers from an organization in California. They JUMPED at the chance to perform that act.
So, I guess you think it's "OK" for Chyna to get beat-up by men just because she weighs more than those girls??
Ps...You reaction is EXACTLY what they were going for in that segment (Congratulations, you've been DUPED!!!). The idea as for the promoter (Eric Bischoff) to promise some "HLA" (Hot Lesbian Action)...And WHAT Red-Blooded American Male WOULDN'T want to see that...And then bring-out his goons to put an end to said "Action" just as it was getting "Hot"...Thus making him even MORE hated.
You should really stick to subjects you're familiar with...

"Rob-Halford level state of denial" now, that is funny....>;)

Congratulations, you've been DUPED!!I'm well aware that pro wrestling is about as authentic as Trent Lott's hair, and I was certainly under no illusions that what was taking place was an actual attack. That's because of laws against this crime called "assault". Still, "trained professionals" or not, what was depicted was a violent assault on two nearly-naked women. That's entertainment?
I guess I will stick to subjects I'm more familiar with.

That's entertainment?I guess you missed the segment where those two same goons did the same thing (Almost) to two 80 year old ladies?
And one of those ladies, a couple of years ago, gave birth to a hand on live TV...The father was former Olympic Athlete, "The Worlds Strongest Man", Mark Henry.
Yes, it's entertainment...Twisted and strange but entertainment nonetheless.
Ps...I didn't mean you got "Duped" in that you believed it was real, I meant it in that you got "Mad" about it...Just what they were looking for.

So where's the OUTRAGE that this "wedding" turned out to be fake? Maybe there should be an investigation to find out if there is anything else fake about professional wrestling.

Anybody stupid enough to believe this would actually occur hasn't been following wrestling. It's career death and no wrestler would agree to it.

No offense intended to anybody out there but I always thought that people who got into stuff like wrestling and body building were sort of gay. One time before I was married, a guy from work asked me to come over his apartment one Saturday morning to watch wrestling with him. I started keeping my distance from that point on.
