Making property into 'contraband' without due process of law, [14th amendment] is unconstitutional. Your ignorance of what constitutes "due process" notwithstanding, our laws against illicit drugs aren't "unconstitutional"

Fiat declarations that property is 'illicit' have no constitutional basis, as is evident by the attempted 'prohibition' amendment. The very concept that government can 'out-law' some types of property for the 'good of society' flys against the principles of our free republic.
You advocate a socialist agenda. Be ashamed.

our laws against illicit drugs aren't "unconstitutional"To restate the point, if current prohibitions are constitutional, why did our great-grandfathers think it necessary to enact a Constitutional amendment in order to prohibit the possession, sale, and use of alcohol?
