2. What about the more than 90% of them who occupy the Jack Straw Squalid Swamp of Moral Equivilence and believe the atrocities of September the Eleventh Two Thousand and One were "caused by American Foreign Policy" and that we "had it coming?"

Are you also grandiosely extending the thanks of "we Americans" to that foul and obscene vast majority of your "brits?"
