It's still not too late to get it right. But it's clear that the initiative will need to come from the grass roots.

I don't think it will come until the politicians and elitists are killed in an attack.

I agree. As the article says, there are all sorts of contingency plans for government officials, but what about
US? I wouldn't be surprised if they had a plan to repopulate the USA with congressional off-spring. YUK!
