Check out www.usgalco.com for a good Inside-Waistband-Holster, BTW. It's well made, and hides it nicely.

I also have a Texas CHL, and I'm concerned for the disdain that this uk_nomad has for it. The reason we passed the law from from the Killean masacre by that creep. One lady would've had a clear shot at him, but left the gun in the car cause it wasn't legal.. She was elected to our legislature and helped pass the CHL laws, which have been a wonderful success.

I've read that story...happened at the Luby Cafeteria. I'll never forget it because she watched her parents die.

I have a GA CCW. My beef with the law here is that I have to leave it my weapon out in the car every time I enter an establishment that serves liquor. I understand (somewhat) the "logic" behind it but I don't drink, so I find this really inconvenient.

It's more difficult for a woman to carry concealed on her person. Or maybe it's just me. I seem to be configured differently (not at all overweight) but the inside-the-waistband doesn't work for me. I'd love to carry at the small of the back or a shoulder holster, but both require layered clothing...not too practical in the summer. I may try a shoulder holster this winter.
