The first WTC bombers were under surveillance prior to the attack. An FBI agent called off the surveillance saying there was no real threat.
The FBI knew immediately who tried to blow up the building and arrested them within hours. Hardly the result of Agent James Kalstrom 'finding' the pin number of the truck in the rubble.
