There's a kind of tropical fish out there called the "wet dick", aka the 'slippery dick.' Does that count?
You bet your tintype they do. Referring to another human being as a "dick" is most certainly a vile slur. We must expunge these blots on our multi-cultural society by root and branch, if necessary.
(It truly sickens me that I actually have to share oxygen with people who really sit around thinking this stuff up).
