The posted article is an example of Turnspeak.

Joseph Goebbels first conceived of this technique to use against the Czechs. While Nazi Germany was performing agression against Czechoslovakia, it cleverly accused the Czechs of what they were doing. This big lie is difficult to defend against.

The Arabs pull this technique too, calling Isreal/Jews Nazis while they try to finish Hitler's work.

The turnspeak of the above post is done with the knowledge of the 241 Marines blown up by the Muslims in Beruit in 1983.

Actually, this "extraordinary letter" from General Barrow to the secretary of defense seems not to exist anywhere but on "Washington Report". Nothing to be found in biographical material by a quick search, even though that kind of tinfoil-like outburst would certainly have been extensively remarked upon at the time.

Another "Churchill-hoax"? Who knows. It would be fairly typical for the critters involved :)).
