Arybs "roast beef" is real beef, but it's been pulverized and glued back together. This in the name of having a "consistent" product. I'm pretty sure the ingredients are all "natural", but you're right. It doesn't taste or feel like roast beef.

I'm pretty sure the ingredients are all "natural", but you're right. It doesn't taste or feel like roast beef. Are you sure? It sure tastes like there is some soy or chemical additives in it. And what's this hangup with "consistency?" What good is "consitency" it if it tastes like crap? I would prefer the old "inconsistent" but great tasting Arbys.
p.s. I have a funny but true Arbys story involving a Hindu for whom eating beef is taboo. Perhaps I'll post it later.

Its beef, but more like beef run through an extrusion machine. I don't go to Arby's and neither should you.
