Agreed. They used way too much wrong-minded force to "subdue" this man. No matter what, I'd have walked up to him and just taken the vase. For Pete's sake he was in a wheelchair. I think an ankle bruise or run-over toe would have been worth it (on my part, not his). Bean bags fired from a weapon. Jeepers, just take the damned things outta the gun and throw them at him.
