I think that the reason that Indiana doesn't change their time is the inability of hoosiers to remember whether to set their clocks forward or backwards. Especially forward, they do pretty good at "backward".

Not true three counties in northwest indiana closest to chicago change thier clocks. I think we are smarter by not changing the clock. Their have been studies that more traffic accidents occur the monday after the change. So, although I am biased, I think we are making the right decision.
