Anyone here still believe the info given us by the Feds about the OKC bombing, the Vince Foster "suicide," and the TWA 800 crash?

Once again, the FBI profilers are saying the anthrax killer is a loner who is actually a do-gooder - he sent the anthrax to warn Americans about the threat of bioweapons.

A loner who can produce or procure weapons grade anthrax.

That's quite a loner. Super-human, one might say. A few loners like that in uniform and an army would be redundant.

I'm curious why NewsMax, FoxNews and Dr. Hatfill have yet to mention the woman who first pointed the FBI in Hatill's direction, Dr. Barbara Rosenberg...left-wing activist and no friend of the Bush admin. One source says she sat in on the original meeting with Daschle and Gephardt after the anthrax attacks...fingered Hatfill...has been speaking to US and British press, various groups and left-wing talk radio. A child could find this info on the web.

The FBI "friends" of Daschle-Rosenberg are probably the same guys who tried to pin this on the "right-wing" from the beginning, imh tinfoil-headed opinion.

She is trying to take the blame for the anthrax attacks from the terrorists and to pin it on a "rightwing" native American. Makes one wonder just how much info the Feds are sitting on that pointed at Middle Easterners being involved in the OKC bombing.

If this doesn't get resolved soon, it could lead to the end of Bush's government. I'm certain that there are many ardent Bush supporters that have very serious concerns about what is going on here. I for one am giving the government the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I'm convinced they know exactly who sent the anthrax, and they (understandably) can't tell us yet.
But if this abuse of Hatfill continues for too much longer, then I'm going to change my mind and conclude that Hatfill is REALLY all they've got. And if he is, that's scary. He is so clearly innocent it's not funny.

The FBI identified, tracked and hunted down Richard Jewel as the bomber of the Atlanta Olympics. So, he was the guy. But, the agents involved got promotions, bonuses and awards for the tracking and hunting down aspects. Then, they went to Waco where they were able to murder Christians, then to OKC where they watched a truck they knew about blow up an ATF depot they didn't know about, and then they went to Washington where they aided and abetted a criminal regime and turned over 1000s of files to criminal politicians.

You gotta figure that, in the absence of any change in culture, the employees of the same rogue outfit figure that they'll get comparable prizes for the hunting and tracking parts here. Never mattered before that they got the wrong guy, why should it matter now? Can anyone recall anything that the FBI has done right in the past 25 years?

This is what I see.After listening to Hatfill this weekend,I thought I heard him say that he would eventualy be arrested,but not for the anthrax.Now,why would the FBI be so intent on hatfill,and why did he come out so brilliantly this weekend.He IS being pressured,no doubt,as if the FBI was pushing him to reveal something totaly differant.I for one,once upon a time was involved in a fed investigation and I will tell you they can be ruthless,thank goodness I had nothing to hide but they can be relentless.

The official in charge of the FBI's anthrax probe was accused of misconduct and recommended for discipline for his role in a flawed review of the deadly Ruby Ridge standoff, but a Justice Department official later concluded that punishment was unwarranted, according to newly revealed information about the case.

Van A. Harp, a 32-year FBI veteran who now heads the bureau's Washington field office, allegedly "committed misconduct" by helping to prepare an incomplete report on the 1992 Ruby Ridge siege that had the effect of protecting high-level FBI officials, according to a confidential 1999 report by the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility.

And, for that matter, in the Olympic Park bombings (did anybody mention Richard Jewell?) Notice how those bombings involved the same kind of bomb that was just set off at Hebrew University in Jerusalem (nail bomb in a backpack)?

None of the letters are known to have been mailed in New Jersey. They were postmarked in New Jersey, but there was no sign of any contamination being found in any mail collection box or receptacle in the area.

This is a very important distinction. Single piece rate First-Class Mail is frequently mishandled. It can get cancelled anywhere.

This is the stuff for which the Postal Service has devised that famous statement we have all seen: "Mail found in supposedly empty equipment". For many years they had an Item Number assigned to it.

Only the FBI believes any of the letters were mailed in New Jersey. They have a particularly difficult time accounting for the attack in Florida where three different postal facilities were contaminated, so it's only now, 11 months later, that they are bothering to get around to checking out Florida.

I had the misfortune of having to work with the FBI, on occasions, over a period of many years. Some individuals were acceptable. As a group they were arrogant, obnoxious and cared nothing for individual rights. On paper and in public they were constitutional champions, behind the scenes they were our Gestapo.
