Hey, here's a TV advertisement you are never likely to see...(Lawyer pitchman voiceover), "If you think your lawsuit against the tobacco companies was handled haphazardly and in a shoddy fachion, call Dewey, Cheetham and Howe, we've recovered millions. Don't lose your rights to incompetent lawyers."

The first lawyer who specializes in such a practice would be richly rewarded.
