We loved being part of the counter-protest and meeting more Freepers. Lord willin' and the creeks don't rise we'll be tickled to participate in any other event around here. I'll even make a big sign that can be read from a distance!!! Wish everybody could've stayed in Waco for Salsaritaville; Pat Green and Willie were awesome! DrewsDad, the pictures are terrific!

We had no luck scanning the pictures. The newsprint is too grainy and indistinct -- looked awful, and I've put the article in an envelope to send to TxRangerette. I see TxBubba found a link to the entire article. Gracey, good menu picks at the Coffee Station. The fried jalapenos are awesome, aren't they? What is it with us Texans that the hotter it gets, the spicier our food choices? The chicken fried steak there isn't bad either. Waco-k, hope to meet you one day in the future, and if you keep a ping list, please remember me next time there is a gathering in the Waco area. I've enjoyed reading about Saturday. You all did good!
