If that mom were ever on trial for shooting and killing this rapist/stalker, I wouldn't vote to convict. If the "law" can't take care of evil people like this, someone else will HAVE to. In Texas so many people have concealed gun permits. About everyone I know has guns. Lots of pick up trucks (for transporting dead body). A person like that stalker could just disappear.

The good news is that the sheriff is on the ball on this one; slapping him with a "spitting on the sidewalk" charge. The bad news is that these expedients are nowhere near enough to put him away for keeps. A story like this has no happy endings.

That basis for withdrawing that presumption, in Druckemiller's case, will inevitably be provided by the broken body of a little boy or girl, and everybody knows it. But no matter! Robert Charles Druckemiller's plea agreement had a judge questioning whether it was appropriate, a prosecutor saying it was all he could get and the child's mother saying Druckemiller belongs in jail.

Leaving the perp on the street makes it possible for the community to deal with him in their own good time.

Sent back to prison like hell!!! This is another in a long line of examples that child molestors can NOT be cured. No amount of jail time, no amount of counceling, therapy or drugs work to cure them. The only cure is their deaths and that is EXACTLY what should happen to him. If the justice system does not have the balls to put these scumbags into prison for life without the chance of parole or (as I'm for) their immediate execution, then it's up to the parents of this country to protect our children. Let a child molestor get within 10 feet of my child, I might end up in prison but I guarantee you he/she would be in the grave.

HERE'S AN IDEA: SENTENCE MULTIPLIER RULE

If a person is convicted multiple times, his sentence is multiplied by the number of times he has been convicted.

Convicted of Rape once: 12 years

Convicted of stalking: (2nd conviction) 2 times the standard sentence for stalking.

By the third or fourth convivcion people will be spending a lot of time or money so there is less incentive for REPEAT offenders- which is the biggest problem with these types of scum...
