Salvadoran MS-13 gang rated among the most viole

The MS-13 gang, a network of street thugs and paramilitary guerrillas from El Salvador, is one of the most dangerous Latino gangs in the United States, having killed three federal agents and shot several law enforcement officers in recent years, gang experts say.

...but we must first talk to them, find out why they do whatever it is they do, and understand what steps we must take to ensure that they may stop the potential violence that they know is detrimental to their group and maybe even those who don't understand the reasoning behind what they do as so often they do.

We in the United States should not act in a way that would embarrass us in the eyes of any nation, especially those who may want to send good vibes and intentions our way and therefore disincluding us from any or all talks and negotiations that we may enjoin into to find and remedy the real problem of who is making the decisions to find these young impressionable ladies and gentlemen and convincing them to go into public places and possibly become victims of a negotiable situation that we know is possible to be anchored to the direct indifference of both sides of this argument and most likely, many others of which would like a voice in this matter.
