No, no, TF is happy about all the illegals who have made California their home, not Texas. A good deal of the latinos in southern California come via El Paso. They don't stop in Texas, they head for LA. Southern California now has the largest Mexican population outside of Mexico City. So many Mexicans are coming North, some little towns in Mexico are becoming depopulated.
