and how can you discount all the expert testimony one from the DA's own chosing...Faulkner...who all said that the body was not there in order for dw to have done this crime..
explain all of that and you can convince me...otherwise, this jury decision makes no sense...there was no proof of dw doing this...perhaps proof of danielle in his rv but that is all.....
I have had problem with this myself. My child is almost 7 and would never write such a thing. The love between her and her Dad is clear to me. Of course she gets disciplined and such but the young mind goes on its own way right after such discipline.
My child would not write such a thing, she would tell him that to his face.
ANd frankly in her little journal she would make her Dad out to be a hero as many children of this age do.
That writing that Danielle wrote is very telling...
