The fact of the matter is that people have been saying things that others have considered "indecent" since the beginnings of broadcasting, but only in rare and extreme cases do they provoke the kind of response that we see here.
To say that the FCC could go after Limbaugh the way they did O & A is silly. Actually, the fact that they never went after him, or more importantly, any of the other more extreme conservative talk show hosts, during the Clinton administration proves that point.
