SACRAMENTO (AP) - A bill aimed at relieving the shortage of school administrators was signed into law by Gov. Gray Davis Monday.
The law, which goes into effect immediately, allows prospective administrators to "test out" of credential requirements, speeding up the process by up to two years.

Now they will have less qualified people to do nothing....I can't believe that they had to lower the bar to railroad people through a system so they can add no value to an already worthless system. The mind boggles at such things.
