I know many here will be horror-struck that a government agency would condone lying under oath, so I apologize in advance for any distress to your tender sensibilities. /sarcasm

When was this published? Has there been time to tell whether this has had an effect on prosecutions?

Ok folks, I've got a NFA license question.
If I wanted to do the research /experementation(manufacture?) of turning a min-14 into a bull pup configuration with select fire, what license (II?) would I need?
Now before folks get all over me, I know about Muzzelite and their stocks. I'm just using this as a test question to illustrate and hopefully get the right answer.

So in government math 49% = 100%. Hmm, that seems about right as that's pretty much how they administer their books. It's also an example of the math they teach in government schools today, so we can all forgive them as they know not what they do... (right)

regardless of the veracity of this particular post or that of the writer of the article, one need only consider the letters W A C O and nothing else need be said, and they apply equally to two organizations in drastic need of a severe reduction in budget, in numbers, in political influence, and in need of a leader who sees growth as a dangerous direction for either agency.
It is back to suits and ties, no weapons, no military training, no military clothing or equipment, no swat training, no nothing but police work training, followed up with lots of results against the truly criminal element in this country. Anyone have the least bit of concern that the fbi has spread its tentacles across the pond. In my mind that becomes CIA territory.
Police agencies with big budgets, unlimited manpower, and large politcal clout, can do no wrong. They are pure police power looking for work, and if you think they won't find it anywhere they choose to look, then you don't know pure police power.

I know many here will be horror-struck that a government agency would condone lying under oath.Isn't governmental lying ok as long as it is for the children??? Further, they are just trying to keep us safe by taking our guns.
JBT's know more about The Bill of Needs than we do.
