Not necessarily. Seems the system has worked hard to ensure than anyone with more brains than a bucket of bait isn't allowed on a jury. If a few get through the filter you can count on the judge's admonition to include orders against rational thought

I can't get the thought out of my head that this fallout somehow from leftist government run public schools that teach and promote moral relativism/instant gratification --- instead of responsibility and traditional values.

At the hand of the government we are being converted into a nation of [insert race here] trash --- which is itself the pool of possible jurors. That is why we have this. And this is merely a symptom of the decline America is in.
