Mr. McDougall is a Canadian Frenchman (judging from the twisted syntax in a couple of his sentences and the sheer spleen of his screed). There are only two things that make him irrelevant: one, he is Canadian. Two, he is French.

There are only two things that make him irrelevant: one, he is Canadian. Two, he is French. Speaking of brain-deadening TV, is "La Famille Plouffe" still running up there? And those Canadian Film Board specials? Being forced to spend a few winters (September through June) watching Canadian TV, plus a few too many Bradors, could well account for this moosebrain's prose.
