I'm here in Arizona and being able to see the likes of Shilling, Johnson, Gonzalez, Counsel, Miller, Williams, Womack, Spivey, Grace and the rest of our World Champion DiamondBacks is fun and exciting.

I don't think MLB knows how rampant this sentiment is. It will hurt most of the players and it will kill the owners with their big long term contracts for millions of bucks while very few people show up at the show.

Do the debt ridden D-Backs have any soul? I admit I'm biased, I'm a Giants fan (lifelong), I was excited when they got Williams, Brenly ,Melvin, all ex Giants. But I don't sense any true identity, if I'm correct only Spivey is a home grown product. I'm probably jealous they never really struggled, before they bought their title.
