I repeat: how do you know that fathers and mothers were not trying to shield their small children from this vile "stunt" 20 feet away?No harm done if the police are not called in?
What about the children who could be expected to see this, when a couple engages in public sex in church for a radio "stunt"?
That's no big deal to you? Do you have children? You wouldn't mind some degenerates screwing in public in church 20 feet from them?
What kind of biker are you? The kind that thinks "blood wings" are the mark of a real man?
Do you know the difference between a biker bar and a church?
Would you take your children to a biker bar for a MC club initiation? Why not?

"If they weren't, they would have finished their business, no one would have known, and life would have gone on no worse for the wear. ..." The point is that the "vile slobs" (a perfect description) have absolutely no respect,...none... for the basic beliefs of those celebrating their faith. To suggest to "just give them a pass" is an insult to any person of faith (ANY FAITH)! All people of Faith were literally subjected to an unprovocted attack on their basic rights and being...
Additionally, it was done "for the amusement of the listening audience" and encourages the foulest and most depraved behavior in that audience (more damage).
Do you honestly think your statement that "life goes on no worse for wear," is an honest assessment?
To: Tropoljac
I was listening live yesterday when this happened. Disgusting? Of course! Sacriligous? Yes. Funny? You bet...This says a lot about you, and it's not good.
To: stanz
You would not know class or taste if it bit you. We are outraged, and you think it's a great chance for a little anti-Catholic ha-ha. Take your "humor" back to your barnyard.

Unbelievable," said New Yorker Ren Brown. "I try not to judge, but that's just going too far."Maybe this is the problem? But don't worry, I'm sure a jury of their peers (all devout Chatholics I hope) will. Then these people can have all the risky sex they want - in prison!

O & A sucks.....they're Don and Mike wannabes. And Don and Mike are HOWARD STERN wannabes.
To: Kenton
Exactly, it's a free and easy cheap shot at the designated religion to slam.
Let these cacabirds try this in a mosque if they're so gutsy.

No, that's not it. And we are not talking about the destruction of life or property, for which there is something tangible lost. Here, we are only talking about a feeling of disgust one has after learning of what happened. The only harm here is the knowledge that it happened.
It's just in this case, if people really believed their own bullsh!t, it would have been better if the two lovers weren't caught.
No one would have known about anything so they would not have been upset over the thought of their sanctuary being defiled.
Yet the very believers who are concerned about defilement would surely have the confidence that their deity would have dealt with anyone who might engage in such activity, whether or not they got caught. The comment "I'm glad they got caught" suggests a lack of confidence that they would have been dealt with by a higher authority.

Funny, only to those who have no respect or fear of their Creator.Sorry for any misunderstanding--I was LOLing stanz's comment, not the vile act described in the article. I have a great deal of respect for and fear of my Creator.

The next thing you know, Opie and Anthony will offer a thousand points if a president can insert a cigar into an intern while world leaders wait in the Rose Garden and then finish himself off in the sink. Oh, wait. That's already been done, hasn't it?
To: Sungirl
I will bet $1,000 that they all vote democrat. Human scum. I'd be willing to bet these low life scum bags have never cast a vote in any election.

Now, now Travis....calm down....this is only a reply to a post. Lighten up. Just remeber what's going on in confessionals and behind closed doors in the Catholic church is not exactly pious and respectful. Don't you agree?

Whew, sounds like y'all don't have much to listen to in the morning if Stern is as good as it gets up there

The airwaves are a public resource. I see no reason why this station should be allowed to operate.
Pull their license.

Note that these cowards didn't try this in an Islamic mosque./1/ They would be jailed for a hate crime
/2/ They would be hunted down and killed after a religious fatwa was put on them.
Whoah, you made an excellent point! A stunt like that would have been worth 666 points! :-/
To: BikerNYC
..it would have been better if the two lovers weren't caught. Lovers? What a distorted way to display their love and respect for each other.
