LOL! That's terrible!

How do you know what parishoners with children 20 feet away were doing to shield their children from this disgusting public display in what the children consider "God's House".
You think it's "no big deal"? You're vile and sick if you believe that.
To: Behind Liberal Lines
I think this will establish some boundaries demanding respect.
from an old Dave Allen at Large Skit.
Parishoner: "Father is it ok to have sex before communion?"
Priest: "Yes, but please do not block the isle."
To: VoiceOfBruck
I'm gonna watch and see what Jay Leno has to say about it tonight.

How about if some "comedians" come to your house and crap in your kitchen sink while you are having dinner in the next room with your children because THEY consider it "funny" according to THEIR taste?
Would you just be a "good sport"? "Ho Ha?"
To: VoiceOfBruck
Disgusting? Of course! Sacriligous? Yes. Funny? You bet..." Funny, only to those who have no respect or fear of their Creator.
To: BikerNYC
If they weren't, they would have finished their business, no one would have known, and life would have gone on no worse for the wear. I assume the locals belive that their deity would have handled the blasphemers in an appropriate fashion.Of course, the fact that there was a good risk of getting caught is why the radio station promoted the stunt in the first place.
As a general rule radio stations don't pull publicity stunts that are designed for nobody to find out about.
To: spikeboy
Now yours is just the kind of post that gives FR class.
What's the matter? Can't take any humor? Have to resort to name-calling?

They guy said, "I'm glad they were caught." Since someone saw them, they were caught. All I said was that if they weren't caught, no one would have seen them do it, including the children.
If they weren't caught, no one would have gotten upset, and the church's deity could have handled it on a higher, more dignified level.

He is probably used to having sex with pigs or dogs, so to him this is nothing important.

Only another manifestation of the continuing depravity of our society so endorsed. No big deal, huh?

I guess your comment about this vile dispicable "stunt" back at #15 was "classy"?
To: Travis McGee
It did not involve anything personal...and it was grounded in reality.

This is just a cheap publicity stunt by a bunch of idiots who consider the Catholic Church to be a large, slow-moving target.
If these buttheads want to impress ME, I want them to do this from the Grand Mosque in Mecca.

In fact, under Biker's argument, no one should EVER be punished for public lewdness, since there is ALWAYS a possibility that they wouldn't have been caught.
Maybe you could make the same argument for drunk driving while you're at it. After all, if the cop doesn't pull the drunk over he or she might have made it home just fine and no one would be the wiser.

Paul Mercurio is the guy who recently was at a performance of "The Graduate". At the point when Kathleen Turner disrobed, he stood up and said: "Kathleen, put your G*ddamn clothes back on"...Okay...so he's not ALL bad... ;-)
