I don't get how Judge Wells can recuse herself in one case but NOT in the Traficant case even though the conflicts of interest in both were IDENTICAL.

It is called a Sick Willie chit being called in for getting her the job in the first place. I don't believe the conviction will stand but the timing is what concerns me. He should be out in weeks (i.e. 1-4 wks) not months(i.e. 3-4).
