Let's just say I have contact with people that are talking to Traficant's lawyers for the appeal and know a lot of people who have followed this case closely and as the conflicts occurred and were ignored complaints were filed by the people following the case. In other words, there were people who were doing the job of making sure the judiciary was properly doing their job and in this case they weren't so proper complaints were filed.

The appeals for James were filed weeks ago also.

I don't get how Judge Wells can recuse herself in another case where the conflicts of interest were EXACTLY THE SAME as in the Traficant case. She must think we are all a bunch of Friggin' IDIOTS! I have absolutely NO REMORSE for turning her into a laughingstock with my "The Traficant Zone" Parody. Her judicial arrogance should be known to one and all.

p.s. I wish Ashcroft would get himself a set of cojones and at least let Traficant out until the Appeals is ruled on.
