I talk to parents who knew they could do a better job home educating their children; especially the teachers that left the schools and took their children with them.
There are records that show parents who never finished high school, who are home educating their children, and they children are testing in the 85 percentile. And there are Ph.Ds that would not homeschool for any reason. But, as has been proven over and over again, it can be done, and you level of education does not necessarily mean anything! It has more to do with spirit and commitment.

You're right. The difference in the children of college-educated homeschool parents and high-school graduate homeschool parents, with regards to the children's test scores, is negligible. And I'm one of the college educated. It truly takes a desire to teach, to learn, and to get your kid to where he's going. So much else simply falls into place.

I know that anyone with access to a public library can educate themselves. I wish more parents realized that the kids doing well in homeschool are more the rule than the exception.
