Does being stopped for speeding by the police constitute a valid, lawful, or Constitutional reason to murder a police officer?

Does peacefully driving along the public right-of-ways constitute a valid, lawful, or Constitutional reason to harass a citizen?

You are evading the question, and in fact it is a real life question. I am not asking you whether ordinances, permits, and licenses are Constitutional, for I already know you do not believe they are. I am asking if you think being stopped for speeding by the police constitute a valid, lawful, or Constitutional reason to commit murder.
