There is a very good reason President Bush has not invited any of the Democratic party leadership to the Waco economic summit for business.
The last time Democrats were in Waco, a number of children were killed.

The last time Democrats were in Waco, a number of children were killed. How true. Protect your children - keep the dims at bay.

Ouch.

Well deserved too, I might add.
As the Jews have the holocaust, Republicans have the Clinton years of corruption and abuse of the highest office in the land. Never forget.
With all the lies on how well the Clinton administration handled the US economy, one has to realize Democrats have no standing to complain about anything, let alone the economy or the war on terror.

Oh, I hope you didn't think I was criticizing what you said. On the contrary, I know the Waco Massacre and all the other horrendous things from the Klinton years are indelible scars.
I think people are only now beginning to allow themselves to admit to the horror and danger of the previous administration.

MCAULIFFE ON ABC'S THIS WEEK: HE AND THE TRUTH REMAIN STRANGERSYeah, just like Clinton and Juanita Broadrick remain strangers.
To: Morgan in Denver
That is so true! Not to mention they would get nothing accomplished with the clinton/daschle/gephardt grandstanding!

Oh no... I didn't take any offense at all. I just remain amazed the press cannot seem to see the forest from all those darned trees in the way.
To: PhiKapMom
BTW-Solid research and a neatly constructed post. Your post serves as a fine example of DIY FReeper ingenuity and is worth of another BUMP!
To: PhiKapMom
Yep. Grandstanding is what Democrats do best. Certainly they have not shown credibility in areas of leadership.
To: PhiKapMom
Hey Terry .. one of me dreams is to see you doing the perp walk .. right next to Robert Rubin

I was wondering the same if McAuliffe got a tip to sell!
I am sure the DemocRATS in the Senate cannot wait to call McAuliffe on Global Crossing and ask him that question! (sarcasm)
Sure would be interesting to find out just what did happen though!
