You might wish to add to your body of facts: 1) Matthew's wife's statement that her husband vowed to kill any police officer who stopped him; 2) Matthew's own raving screed posted on the Internet in which he stated matter-of-factly that any public official who violated his oath (i.e., which would be just about all of them according to Matthews) deserved the death penalty.

You won't consider these facts because that would compromise your desperate hope to discover that the police had marked Matthews for a rubbing out months or years ago and instigated a firefight to make that happen.

"that any public official who violated his oath (i.e., which would be just about all of them according to Matthews) deserved the death penalty. "

Quite a few of us here on FR have said the same thing about elected officials, namely in regards to X42's treasonous actions. Violation of an Oath of Office IS in fact a punishable offense. It has to rise to a certain legal standard to be considered Treason, which is punishable by Death.

This officer, in the course of his duties, may have been called upon to violate his own Oath by enforcing un-Constitutional laws.

A traffic ticket is not punishment for breaking an un-Constitutional law. At least, no one has provided me with an explanation why laws against moving violations also violate the Constitution.

Ergo, Mathews was in fact in the wrong. If he had survived the incident, I would advocate him spending quite a lot of time in jail on a Second degree Murder charge.

Is that good enough for you Kevin? Or would you like to go off on some other wierd tangent now?
