The Federal Government, is us. As long as voters continue to return these Liberal congressmen to office, they will keep pushing their feel good policies... results don't matter to them.

The problem is the part of the gov. I could claim some responsibilty for, (i.e. voting), proves me to be something of a sap....wasted vote. I can vote for a candidate who reflects my general thinking about things that matter to me, only to find out the now elected official was just lying for the sake of getting my vote.

Therein lies the rub....
