I dont know the truth behind this but I am a little older than this man was and a retired police officer. I identify with both.I hate this young officer is dead and may God forgive Matthews but it appears he certainly got what he deserved.God be with Mr. Taylors family at such a trying time.
Saying this these are trying times for me and maybe older people like Matthews. I once believed in the Constitution as strongly as he until I found it only applied to certain people and that the government manipulates it to their satisfaction and to where it benifits them.
I have said before that government steps on ordinary folks
and it is serious when you are aging and your back to the wall and after being a law abiding citizen being thrown to the wolves by your government that you defended and did everything they required of you.Government has become dangerous and taking our rights,I joke not.
I am in the process of showing some of this once I can get a web site up and running.I would defend the average American to my death even now.But I say in all honesty I would not convict a soul that wiped out certain people in South Carolina government if I had to judge them.South Carolina through its courts and government stripped my rights to face my accusers and defend my family name and honor.
I am slow because I do not have the expertise to set up the site.I am getting help and the time is coming and I hope to be able to announce it on this site when I get it up and running.
I could accept a group of my peers condeming me whether I liked it or not.But I believe I can show a conspiracy and a coverup by certain portions of the South Carolina Government and all I want is a chance to clear my name before I die.

I hope that you get the chance to clear your name, I know that is important.

It's not likely that Don Matthews' name will be cleared on this one...he went too far.

From all of the articles I have posted and read, Matthews thought of himself as a connoisseur of the U.S. Constitution.

The news media loves stories like this because it gives them ammo against the second amendment in the Constitution.

"2nd Amendment A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Don Matthews spent a great amount of time declaring the importance and values of the Constitution...but in the end...he "crapped" on the Constitution...when he killed Officer Taylor.
