I might ask the same of you. . . What the H*ll is your problem!?

My suit is not intended to arm Merchant Seaman aboard ships. You misconstrue what you read. You should have read the rest of it. It is the LAW that when Merchant Seaman are not employed aboard ship the fall under the legal jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation under U.S. law and not under Maritime Law of Coast Guard Jurisdiction.

U.S. Merchant Seaman have Second Amendment rights while ashore in the United States. John Ashcroft and President Bush say the Second Amendment is an individual right. I am simply calling them on that assertion.

Would you mind condensing the issue beyond all the legal whereas and wherefores and diddlybops and succinctly state what it is you are complaining about and why any of the rest of us should give a good God damn.
