Well, since you asked, this individual that killed the police officer was pulled over for a moving violation, approximately doing 72 in a 65 mph zone, and not wearing a seat belt. This is what the other article stated. "72 in a 60 mph zone" Joe.
The strange thing is, Matthews had no violations or anything else on his record. He might have been given a warning.
