Such as calling traffic stops a 'constitutional crisis.'

Ahh...this is the level of your honesty.

Demidog, in post 171 you said:

"In most states the power of police are predicated on a signed affidafit by another citizen before you can be arrested."

Just what do you think a traffic ticket is? It is a signed affidavit by the law enforcement officer that he witnessed the violation.

Then you said:

"There isn't enough information to draw a conclusion one way or the other yet I notice that you and others like you are quick to condemn the civilian even though it isn't even clear whether or not it was he who inflicted the fatal wounds."

Doesn’t matter, demidog. Even if the police officer was shot by one of his fellow officers the person who put him in that position is GUILTY, just as if he had pulled the trigger.

Finally, you said:

"The Supreme Court has ruled that your right of self-defense indeed extends to the killing of cops who are acting outside their authority. If you have a beef, perhaps it is with the Supreme Court and the constitution itself. That does seem to be a pattern with you."

Now who’s jumping to conclusions? Where do you believe the police officers were acting outside their authority in this case? The traffic stop?
