I agree,without the video of the stop,we do not know what went on.One plausible scenario,the officer saw the gun as he approched widow panicked,drew his weapon and the speeder,scared,fled.We just don't have enough info to judge one way or another.

We just don't have enough info to judge one way or another.It isn't lack of evidence, but a shortage of gray matter that prevents some from judging this incident.
Even if the officer was killed by "friendly fire" the fault lies with the anti-government goon--legally and morally.
