This really is disproportionate. If an incompetent FBI agent can shoot an innocent kid IN THE FACE and get off scott free, what are we doing to this guy, who, as far as we know, didn't even scuff the perp's shoes? Scribble on a calendar? It wasn't even an implied threat. Maybe make him apologise in writing. That's all it should cost this guy.
