Hell is not hot enough for this creep. Death is the only punishment fitting for anyone who would harm a child in such a manner.
I'm thinking a lifetime of living with a "serious" disability suits me just fine. Killin the SOB is a lot cheaper in the long run though. I'm torn here.
1. Serious Mutilation and a life of servitude (sewer worker perhaps)
or
2. Death by 200 .22cal projectiles fired by children.
