I don't see how prenatal paternity has anything to do with my posts. Are you in favor of frontloading the court system in favor of a woman's choice, without regard to that of men or not?

In this post, you're complaining that a man can be compelled to support a child to term (not in our state; they can be compelled to pay for birthing expenses in a paternity case but child support cannot start until a) paternity is established and b) a child support order is entered, in that order); you complain that in many cases he is compelled to support a child that isn't his, confusing marital presumption cases with paternity cases:

That can of worm is already open. Already, courts can comple a man to support a child to term, and in many cases when he can prove it isn't his.

I'm pointing out that there is a downside to this legal debate.

You're also presuming that all women get custody and all men pay child support. That's simply not true. Not only are men getting custody--and not just shared custody, but sole physical custody, but women most certainly pay child support.
