So where is the HUGE Jewish shift to the Republican party? McKinney only won 60% to 40% in 2000. Why aren't all those former Jewish Democrats out there supporting her GOP challenger? Probably not many Jewish votes in the area but money could flow down to Georgia to unseat her. I hear everyday what a radical shift is occurring in the Jewish vote. McKinney has made some very stupid, un-American comments. This is the year for Republicans and their new Jewish friends to take her seat. If the GOP can't win the seat, at least the party tried. And McKinney can be demonized forever because of what she has said. Abe Foxman could destroy any power she might have if re-elected. You and your bogeymen, not enough Jews voting for R’s in Cynthia’s district (I don’t think that’s the dominant minority there), but Abe Foxman will rescue us if she’s elected. ONLY 60% to 40%. LOL. There is no credible Republican candidate in the district that I’m aware of. All three of them haven’t raised 30 grand and she has the support of the Democratic “machine” which dates back to her dad. Of course, as a McKinney supporter, you know that. You want her elected. You want her advancing. That’s OK What’s amusing is your inability to acknowledge it. Yup, if she win’s, the Jew’s did it, but Foxman will fix it. BTW, she's a cutie.

That is about the situation. You will never see my fan club seriously go after Foxman, Rubin, Tempelsman, Winnick, Schwartz or other Clinton groupies. Push enough and you will get a grudging, "If they committed a crime, they should go to jail."

It's no secret that LL has some strong reasons why McKinney should be re-elected, which some don't agree with. That's OK, but I really don't think he's out to attack Jews for the heck of it. I'd come down on him if he were but I just haven't seen it yet. If you do, please point it out to me.

You said, in effect, "everybody does it" when the ADL's refusal to condemn Castro was mentioned here. I admit I don't know the extent of the sellout but it is there. In 2000, Jesse Jackson Jr teamed up with Pat Buchanan to try to keep duties on African textiles high. Big money involved in this. Every African country was against the plan even though it would have given $700 million a year in aid to Africa. They wanted work and trade, not handouts. There is no reason Africa cannot have a Hong Kong, one country which shows the others what free trade and a rule of law can do. Liberia would be idea. Long history with the USA, a magnet for ecotourism, a magnet for small traders(the hardwood Liberians harvest is among the best in the world). But that can't happen when outsiders are trading AK-47s and rocket propelled grenades for diamonds and lumber.

I'm a newbie to this forum and I've lurked for awhile before posting, but I'll have to admit, I've never seen so many overly sensitive Jews (or at least I assume they're Jews) get so worked up over even the most mild criticism of Israel or of someone who happens to have Jewish heritage.

Did you know Barry Goldwater only got 10% of the Jewish vote? 28 years later, things were not much different under Clinton. 80 years ago, Eugene V. Debs racked up 36%+. Astounding, considering the Socialist party in 1920 got under 6% of the national vote. I think you have who supports which political position backwards.
