By this, I mean to turn their land and their homes into glass.

MSNBC had this yesterday and played portions of it. It's a nightmare.

All that was left of the hotel after the towers' collapse:

This makes me wonder if Cantor Fitzgerald taped their communications between the London and WTC offices? Or were those simply open phone lines?

If they have tapes, I hope they don't release them to the media. This one is hard enough to hear, and no one in it was burned.

I just heard it again. The sound they describe as "jet fuel pouring down through Tower 1" is the scariest thing, scarier than the people on the street screaming when the second plane hit. It was so LOUD and it just went on an on...a lot of people probably don't realize how close that hotel was to the towers, and how big the lobby was, and how a sound like that would just echo through the place. I went there a couple of times for conventions and I know the restaurant where the guy was sitting, and which way you'd have to run if you wanted to get out to West St instead of out to the plaza. If I'd been sitting there in that restaurant and heard a sound like THAT, I probably would have had a heart attack on the spot.

You're probably right. But there's a part of me that wants to play such tapes and show all the film of the jumpers to remind this country of why we need to annihilate Islamofascism. The apologists and appeasers need to be put back under their rocks.
