Simple - the Democreeps gerrymandered the "college town" of Ann Arbor into the district!

Ann Arbor's students and - especially - profs aren't worried about auto-plant sales. The students are just commies for four years - and the profs are all aware that the taxpayers will pay them no matter what.

But the fact that even gerrymandering Ann Arbor into Dingell's district couldn't defeat him says it all for HCI. This is the ultimate defeat for the antigun lobby - and very few Democreeps will touch gun control now.
