If he was truely a libertarian, he'd respect JR's right to operate the forum in any manner he sees fit, INCLUDING the right to be inconsistant in enforcement of guidelines if he so chooses.

IMHO, he actually is remarkably fair, tolerant and prudent in the administration of his authority.
But if he so chooses, it is his right to be as "unfair" and "biased" as he wants to be whenever he wants to be.
