We need to put our most brilliant scholars of race-baiting to work on these questions. Can Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson make peace between the white Hispanics and dark-skinned Hispanics?

Somebody's missing an opportunity to capitalize on some victimization going on in Puerto Rico.

I guess those sharks don't have the scent of any money to be extorted from anyone over this, yet.

This has got to be the fault of the evil American Taxpayer's. I just know it.

I've got it!

How could the United States give so many billions to the white Hispanics in Puerto Rico, every year, and so little to the dark-skinned Hispanics in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica and the rest of the Caribbean?

There are reparations to be paid!

This is clearly unfair, meanspirited and racist, and is an issue that should be addressed by the US Civil Rights Commission, if not by Kofi Anan and his fellow United Nations conspirators.

Those white Puerto Ricans have a superiority complex that makes them believe they are better than the poor darker-skinned wretches in the D.R. And those high falutin Cubans in Florida, with all their white skin and their obstinate refusal to accept government handouts, well we showed them. We sent that spoiled Elian brat back where he belonged - and where he will stay, cutting sugar cane for "Community Service". That's his reparations.
